I was raised in Elk Rapids on Elk Lake and was the first vocational student to graduate in 1977.

Cutting and coloring are my specialty. I have been in the business for 33 years. Some of the aspects of my job that I love the most are the people I serve and the educational mentoring and guidance I can give to young cosmetologists.

Outside of work I enjoy herbalism, eco-activism, farming and music festivals.
